Course description

High quality implementation of research-based instructional programs is an important element of effective reading systems.  Core reading programs should address the instructional needs of the majority of students.  This webinar will guide schools in conducting a rigorous inspection of reading programs using a systematic and standardized procedure to determine the presence of evidence-based instructional design elements.  

Learning Objectives

By the end of this session, attendees will be able to: 

  • identify evidence-based features of reading programs
  • describe a systematic approach for analyzing programs
