This video is the first in a series of ten modules designed to provide professional learning communities with training in the Cycle of Escalating Behavior. DOWNLOAD the companion worksheet prior to starting the video. In Module 1, participants will learn the 7 phases of escalation, discuss with their teams ways that they unintentionally escalate problem behavior and then return to their classrooms with an assignment to complete.
Teams should expect to spend 25-30 minutes viewing the video and discussing the content prior to completing the assignment.
