This in-person workshop will be a special education legal session targeted to new directors, but more experienced directors are welcome also. Discuss and reflect on landmark cases, interact with colleagues, and problem-solve practical legal dilemmas during this opportunity to learn about the foundational legal requirements and framework of IDEA as it pertains to the everyday work of a new special education leader.
This workshop will tag onto the new director quarterly meetings.
