Course description
In this high engagement, practical session, the presenters will discuss the critical features that schools must address when implementing a multi-tiered system of behavior support at Tier 2 and 3 levels, as well as a variety of interventions that can be designed as part of your MTSS continuum.
Learning Objectives
- Understand how to implement a multi-tiered system of identification and supports for behavior
- Identify possible team structures and problem-solving processes at each tier
- Determine critical differences between tiers as well as similarities that allow you to streamline systems
- Identify a range of interventions for Tier 2 and 3
- Learn how to implement a 25-minute intervention planning process to increase efficiency of your problem-solving teams
