Course description

Virtual instruction offers unique possibilities for students to thrive. It also offers challenges that are only found in the virtual environment. During the Spring of 2022, The Kansas Learning Network is offering 3 learning lab sessions designed exclusively to meet the needs of educators in Kansas Virtual Schools.

Presented by expert Nathifa Carmichael, Learning Labs will provide participants the opportunity to utilize competency-based learning practices through case studies, protocols, and discussion. Learning Labs will include practical tools that participants can immediately apply to their local context to address the unique challenges of online environments.

Due to the collaborative nature of learning labs, the sessions will not be recorded. Resources will be available following each session.
