A key component of continuous improvement is reflection. The purpose of this tool is to guide leaders to take a balcony view of the current state of student learning in their system and promote conversation that assists leadership teams to collaboratively make decisions about adaptive solutions, based upon data, and especially for groups defined by gender, race/ethnicity, language, disability, and socio-economic status.
