Chair-Based Movement - Nervous System Regulation Tools Video (Staff and Caregivers)

In recognition of the need for evidence-based, universal, trauma-responsive practices that support the complete physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being of children, youth, staff, and caregivers, the TASN School Mental Health Initiative has partnered with The School Wellness Project to develop an online video series introducing practices that can be: a) instructionally embedded, and b) accessible to all.

This 21-minute video explores the following:

  • A chair-based movement practice to help release accumulated stress and tension in the body and promote ease.
