This document is a walk-through checklist for administrators or teachers to provide feedback to direct care staff (ie: paras) on staff skills that impact student behavior from escalating to crisis behavior. In addition, the document guides direct care staff on developing a professional development plan based on the feedback from the check-list. This document should not replace district evaluation procedures.
