Instructional control is what motivates the learner to listen to you, to develop new skills through instruction, and to do what you ask of them. Essentially, instructional control is about developing a positive working relationship. During this three-part series, Robert Schramm will discuss the seven steps that parents and educators can follow to earn instructional control.
