Kansas Leads the World in the Success of Each Student

This session will provide attendees information on Elementary and Secondary Education Act programs (ESEA) and using evidenced-based practices to support students in reaching their academic goals. Some of the changes in ESEA under the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) will be presented as well as ways in which federal funding can help schools work toward the Kansas Vision for Education. Staff from the KSDE and the Kansas Learning Network (KLN) will provide examples such as “The Adaptive School” framework for collaboration and “Personalized Learning”.
