This is the quarterly meeting for special education administrators (new & veteran) to receive timely information in more depth from the KSDE Special Education and Title Services team. Emphasis will be on the tasks coming up in the next 100 days as well as special topics as needed.
You can view our working agenda below, and please take note that we have made an intentional split in the day. The morning will be spent on foundational topics related to common issues identified during file review opportunities, and the afternoon will be an application of the foundational piece centered on the topic of "transfers" with an extension into the open enrollment option that is coming soon.
When you hit the "Register Now button" you will have the option to type in if you will be attending the morning, the afternoon, or both. We will also be requesting information about joining us for lunch, which we hope you do.
