Access for ALL PLC is an interactive training focused on integrating technology within Universal Design for Learning educational framework within an inclusive classroom. Anyone is welcome to participate in the PLC training, if you would like to have a team participate in the PLC with coaching support, please contact Cindy Malone at cmalone@ucpnet.org. This session is designed to introduce teams to the goals, activities, and expected outcomes for the Access for ALL PLC.

Prior to the meeting, convene your team to discuss Universal Design for Learning (UDL) concepts and your goals and expectations for participation in the PLC. Prepare for learning by reading What Does UDL look like? by Novak Education or watching UDL at a Glance by CAST. You can also begin to explore the resources in the Access for ALL PLC Description document. We will be using Flipgrid to capture personal and team reflections, please create a free account prior to the August meeting.
After participating in the professional learning community session take a moment to add a personal introduction. Include your name, district, role (teacher, SLP, etc), and why you are excited about the Access for All project, what you are hoping to learn, and also comment on three postings by colleagues who are not on your team. Post your introduction on the Flipgrid Introduction and Whys board or email Cindy Malone at cmalone@ucpnet.org.
The Team Liaison will organize a team meeting to meeting to complete a UDL baseline self-assessment and complete the Access for All goal-setting document. After the necessary forms are completed, the Liaison will coordinate a team reflection to post on the Flipgrid Reflection board or email Cindy Malone at cmalone@ucpnet.org.
