In this half-day professional development, participants will learn how to ensure that all components of the transition planning process are aligned to create a meaningful secondary transition plan, along with learning about resources and planning tools. This professional development opportunity is designed for secondary teachers and transition specialists/coordinators.

Once you are in the Bianchino Pavillion, the meeting will be held in the McGivern Hospitality room, which is on the second floor. You will take the elevator up to the 2nd floor and walk right into the room.
