Course description

This training will focus on the installation of self-regulation instruction. Prior to the training, please watch the College and Career Competency Framework overview video, available at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=piblTcvIpEY, and reflect on the importance of these competencies in your life and the lives of adolescents. Feel free to also explore the resources available at www.CCCframework.org.

Bring a laptop or device to access a plethora of online materials and to create an instructional plan for teaching self-regulation embedded within your content-area instruction. Dress comfortably for a day of learning, collaboration, and application. After the training, all participants will be expected to write a detailed instructional plan for facilitating students' development of self-regulation.
