Course description

The Kansas MTSS and Alignment early childhood team will be providing information and guidance on Universal Instructional Practices for the Early Childhood Classroom.  This meeting will take place via ZOOM and is appropriate for all preschool educators across the state of Kansas.

Learning Objectives

During this training, participants will be learning:

  • the importance of ELO in an EC classroom.
  • to plan for ELO using an Activity Matrix and Student ELO Worksheet.
  • documentation strategies for tracking ELO implementation.
  • how to measure effectiveness using a data-based decision making model.
  • how to create a mastery experience by selecting classroom marker students.
