Kansas MTSS Math Conference

Course description

The Kansas MTSS Team is excited to host a spring Mathematics Conference! The two-day event will provide participants with the opportunity to hear a variety of topics presented by four nationally recognized researchers and practitioners, Dr. Chris Cain, Dr. Brad Witzel, Jon Wray and Dr. John Woodward. The topics will include rational number instruction, performance assessments and secondary examples, standards of practice, progressions of learning, and much more! By the end of the training, participants will be able to: • Demonstrate an understanding of the mathematical progressions of learning. • Explain instructional practices at a deeper level to colleagues while building capacity within their organization. • Integrate instructional strategies within their classroom. Registration fee is $25.00 total for both days to receive outstanding professional development opportunity by nationally recognized researches and practitioners! Your registration is not finalized until the registration fee has been paid. Please be aware if you arrive without registering, seating is limited and seats might not be available. ***PLEASE NOTE: Registering for the conference does not automatically guarantee you a room at the conference hotel.
