Who Should Attend? Anyone interested in assisting
students who struggle with the writing process and interested
in learning & collaborating together in a community.
Requirements: Participants are required to attend all live
webinars and complete questionnaires to enhance the
learning community experience.
What Is It? This series will focus on three areas of the
writing process: organization, entering text and editing. The
sessions will provide participants with strategies and tools
to support students that struggle in those areas
• Organization refers to the brainstorming and determination of
what ideas might be used in the body of the written work. It is a
plan and structure of the written work.
• Entering text refers to the physical aspect of putting the ideas
down, whether that be low tech such as pencil/paper or high tech
such as speech to text.
• Editing refers to the process of clarification and revision of the
body of work once it has been written. It is during this process
