You will learn and practice Implementation Intentions, a research-based self-regulation strategy that increases achievement, improves emotional regulation, and reduces off-task behavior. 

Learning Objectives

Participants will explore instructional activities, practice techniques, and learn about resources and tools to promote self-regulation.
